We want you to be happy with every order. If something is not right, here is how we make it right.
Returns on physical products
- You can return most physical items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all parts and paperwork.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened personal care items, supplements, pet grooming wipes, or bedding once the packaging is opened, unless the item is defective.
Digital products and gift cards
Gift cards, eGift cards, activation codes and software subscriptions cannot be returned or refunded once the code has been delivered, because it can be redeemed immediately. If a code does not work, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with the provider to fix it or replace it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email support@shopofferplus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email support@shopofferplus.com or call +1 801-432-2946 with your order reference and the item you want to return.
- We will reply with a return authorization and the return address. Please do not send items back without one.
- Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable service.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable except in those cases.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the item you want.
